Are you diligent, reliable and (legally) literate?

Do you know MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint like the back of your hand and can you familiarize yourself with new tools?

You work in a self-organized manner, “think for yourself” and are keen to contribute your skills independently in a highly motivated team?

Are you available to the agency 2 days a week for a maximum of 10 hours – in the home office and by arrangement on site in Augsburg?

Your tasks:

– Supporting specific tasks in editorial management

– Specialist research tasks and distribution list maintenance

– Researching, recording and evaluating press articles (clippings)

– Preparation of presentations and reports

– At least 2 years of professional experience in PR consulting or a communications department

– Strong consulting skills and enthusiasm

– Confident in dealing with customers

– Professional experience in social media and digital communication

– Copywriting skills in print, online and social media formats

– Experience in managing client accounts, concept development and budget planning

– Sound knowledge of the current media and communications landscape

– Creativity and ability to work in a team

What you bring with you:

– At least 2 years of professional experience in a PR agency, in the media environment or in corporate communications

– Experience in creating and editing texts on technology topics as well as B2B storytelling on technology, Industry 4.0, energy or other exciting future topics

– Strong copywriting skills in print, online, digital and social media formats

– Experience in working with editorial teams, communications departments and agencies

– Independent, structured way of working and time management

– Interest and ability to familiarize yourself efficiently with new topics

– Confident communication with customers

– Knowledge of Adobe programs and common Office programs

– If applicable, knowledge of common content management systems (e.g. WordPress)

– Strong ability to work in a team

Ideally, you are studying communication sciences, humanities and/or business administration and would like to get to know the day-to-day work of a PR agency. Are you creative, communicative, resilient and a team player? Can you quickly familiarize yourself with new content?

As a working student, you will be available to the agency 1-2 days a week for a total of around 10 hours and will support our team primarily in the areas of national and international press relations, online PR and social media.
